RMA business school and Goldenzwaig Creative Solutions have organized an internship program titled "The music business of Scandinavia", which took place in early May 2014. Everyone who had joined us on our trip to Sweden and Finland was able to acquire both theoretical as well as practical knowledge from some of the leading European music entrepreneurs.

The coordinator of the program — the linguistics Ph.D Gregory Goldenzweig is one of the leading specialists in Scandinavia and Skandinavian music in Russia, the co-author of Afisha's "Picknick" concept, "Ikra" club promoter, journalist and author of numerous research papers including the one recently conducted by the University of Stokholm titled "Swedish Music Export" as well as "Russian Music Export" research sponsored by the European Music organization of EU.

The program included: attendance of Sibelius Academy, the office of Finland's leading music company Fullsteam, Sonic Pump/Dynasty (The Rasmus) and Finn Vox (HIM, Nightwish, 69 Eyes and other) recording studios, Sweden's largest concert hall Globen, ABBA museum and the hall of fame of Swedish music. As part of the program the participants met with the acting as well as former business practitioners (agents, artists, the heads of music studios), as well as with public officials representing various institutions which promote Sandinavian music exports to Russia. The highlight of the program included the tour around various museums and famous nightclubs and music venues.
