The Football Industry of Ukraine
On May 3-9, 2010, students specializing in Sport Industry Management went through a traineeship program The Football Industry of Ukraine, organized by the innovation and education company RMA, Sportagent company (Ukraine) and Shakhter football club (Donetsk).
During their visit they studied various aspects of the functioning of football clubs Metallist, Shakhter and Dinamo, sports arenas in Kharkov (“Metallist”), Donetsk (“Donbass-Arena”) and Kiev (Dinamo Stadium named after Lobanovskiy) and training centers of the aforementioned clubs. The trainees also acquainted themselves with the problems related to Ukraine’s preparation for the final stage of the European Championship which would take place in this country in 2012.
