Business Trip to London

Short internship for RMA Sport Industry Management students took place in London at Nov3-7. It was organized to study major aspects of UK football industry.

During the internship participants visited Arsenal, Chelsea and Fulham football clubs.




They participated in round tables, which were specially performed by Henrik Halmstad (FC Arsenal Development Manager), Richard Millham (FC Chelsea Merchandizing and Licensing Department Manager), Simon Hunter (FC Chelsea Head of Venue), Ben Wells (Chelsea Marketing Department Manager) and Olly Dail (Fulham CFO).




They studied infrastructure of all abovementioned clubs and stadiums “Emirates”, “Stamford Bridge” and “Craven Cottage”. RMA “Sport Industry Management” students also visited main United Kingdom Wembley Stadium, where courses were delivered by David Thompson, the head of venue.




As a practical study RMA students visited three football matches: Champions' League Group Stage Chelsea – Spartak, and also two England Premier League matches: Fulham – Aston Villa and Arsenal - Newcastle.
