One of the top-managers of the 13-fold champion of Switzerland has told about principles of the Club's transfer policy, which is based on education of young players and their sale to clubs of higher European level. He also shared the principles, which Basel is guided by in its relations with the agents representing football players. 

'We have no huge funds to buy players, thus being simply compelled to spend them both inexpensively and effectively,' Mr. Heitz noted, giving the future sports managers an excellent lesson of spending funds rationally and achieving high goals in the conditions of the limited budget.
