Many specialists acknowledge that the beauty industry has recently been on the rise, but to turn it into rise in quality focused efforts of qualified personnel are needed. The Health and Beauty Industry Management program was founded in 2008 to make up for the deficiency of professional managers in the industry of beauty.
The goal of the program is to train a new generation of managers for medical companies and beauty and fitness industry who will be able to effectively use the newest business technologies in their professional activities.
Restaurant and Club Industry Management
The restaurant business keeps moving ahead and developing, which inevitably requires the emergence of professionals who would be able not just to solve to find good solution to any appearing problems but also to invent new concepts which could be successfully realized in the industry. To prepare such specialists in 2006 the Restaurant and Club Industry Management training program was started.
Music Business and Entertainment Industry Management
In 2002 the training program Music Business and Entertainment Industry Management became both a pioneer and a revolutionary on the education market. First of all, before that nobody in Russia had trained certified managers for the music industry. Second, no one constructed the education process like RMA.
Since their own experience proved to them the acute need for personnel specially trained for music industry, the directors of the recording companies and producing centers participated in the development of the training program, taking into account the most actual requirements for the future music producers and managers. One of the developers of the idea and the program’s irreplaceable curator is the well-known music critic Artemiy Troitzky.
Sport Industry Management
The innovation and education company RMA regularly organizes comprehensive research to determine which specialists are most in-demand on the market. Such analysis helped to determine the lack of a professional system of sports management in team sports such as football, hockey, basketball and volleyball, and also in golf and fitness industry.
The Sport Industry Management training program was started in 2004 on the basis of the State University of Management and became the first training program in Russia with the main goal of preparing competent managers able to solve a wide range of sports industry problems and to occupy various managerial positions from general manager and sports director to ticket service manager and PR specialist.
Internet Industry Management
Since the start of the work of the first group the Internet Industry Management training program managed to make its name. The program has a really efficient training process which the modern education too often lacks. For that we obtained the support of the leading companies of the Russian segment of Internet (Yandex, Google Russia, Mail.ru, Ashmanov and Partners, HeadHunter and many others) and set up a process for experience exchange with Western Internet companies (as a part of the program an international educational project is being implemented in Silicon Valley).
70 per cent of lectures of this course are read by practicing experts. The invitation of the best specialists, the offer for various internships in both domestic and foreign companies and comprehensive aid in finding employment became key features of the program.
