Master-class of restaurateur Alexander Zaturinsky for our students

The Moscow famous restaurateur Alexander Zaturinsky performed the master-class for the students of Restaurant and Club Industry Management program.

The Class covered the issues of employees selection and training, composition of menu and development of the design project for the future restaurant as well as its PR and advertisement. In conclusion Alexander Zaturinsky told the training program students about his new project, café and pizzeria Luchano, that was about opening in Smolensky Passage.
