Business school RMA recently has held the lecture of Paul Reed and Rebecca Ayres. Paul Reed, General Manager of The Association of Independent Festivals (AIF) has told about current festival trends in the UK alongside the key challenges of running a festival, developing a concept, programming, production, building key relationships and a team, marketing and PR and what the future holds for the festival sector. In addition, Rebecca Ayres, COO of internationally renowned UK festival Liverpool Sound City has also delivered top ten tips for festival promoters and the essential 'dos and don’ts’ of establishing a successful city based festival. The lecture has held with the support of the British Council.
