    Business school RMA recently has held the lecture of Paul Reed and Rebecca Ayres. Paul Reed, General Manager of The Association of Independent Festivals (AIF) has told about current festival trends in the UK alongside the key challenges of running a festival, developing a concept, programming, production, building key relationships and a team, marketing and PR and what the future holds for the festival sector. In addition, Rebecca Ayres, COO of internationally renowned UK festival Liverpool Sound City has also delivered top ten tips for festival promoters and the essential 'dos and don’ts’ of establishing a successful city based festival.
    The lecture has held with the support of the British Council.

Patrick spoke about production management of concerts with the example of the following bands: Muse, Biffy Clyro, Kings of Leon, Coldplay.     American musician and speaker Ravi The Raviator came to Business School RMA for a meeting with students of «Music Business and Entertainment Industry Management» faculty and guests of RMA. He was speaking about musical industry in USA, and also he answered for all the questions from students.     The students of «Music Business and Entertainment Industry Management» program took a class in Space Moscow club, were they were given a marketing lecture by the general director of Globalclubbing Taras Kozyura. In addition, the club’s manager Andrey Leschinskiy gave a tour showing the students all club zones, told them about the club’s services and touched upon various aspects relating to the functioning of the club before and during the live event.

    The «Masterskaya» club hosted a single solo concert event by the young Norwegian singer Janne Hea to be played in Russia. Before the onset of the event Janne met with a group of students of «Music Business and Entertainment Industry Management» RMA program, where she talked about the musical development of a Norwegian artist, and answered many questions presented by the students. The concert was organized by Goldenzwaig Creative Solutions, the Embassy of Norway in Russia, and with support of RMA business school.

    NAMM Russia Music Convention and RMA Business School arranged a discussion panel "Music export and Cultural Diplomacy", within the conference program of the Convention in Moscow, on September 11th, 2014. The participants of the discussion were: Jeffrey Sexton, cultural attach? of the US Embassy, and Christian Boysen, cultural attach? of the Embassy of Norway. Greg Goldenzwaig was invited to moderate the discussion.

    An artistic congregation was recently held  in «Masterskaya» theater club hosting a Swedish artist Moto Boy (Oscar Humbley), the event was organized by Goldenzwaig Creative Solutions, the embassy of Sweden in Russia and RMA business school. During the event Oscar answered the questions presented to him by the club and concert promoter Gregory Goldenzweig and other students of RMA "Music Business and Entertainment Industry Management" program, and shared his views on where to be looking for a source of inspiration.

Everyone who had joined us on our trip to Sweden and Finland was able to acquire both theoretical as well as practical knowledge from some of the leading European music entrepreneurs.

    A year ago Hollander Bas Grasmayer had traveled to Moscow to lead the Strategy Department of Dream Industries, and namely the Zvooq project, which offers users a new way of engaging the music.  At the end of last May Bas had met with the students of «Music Business and Entertainment Industry Management» RMA program, and talked extensively about the digital future of music, modern trends, and the context of their formation.

    A master class by the composer and soloist of the Hess Is More band Mikkel Hess and the Dutch composer, producer and hit maker as well as the holder of Grammy Award Rasmus Bille Bahncke was organized under the hospice of Moscow Life Style festival by the RMA «Music Business and Entertainment Industry Management» faculty in collaboration with Active Booking Club. Both speakers have just finished working on their joint album.

    The group of students and graduates of the «Music Business and Entertainment Industry Management» program have attended the international music congress Tallinn Music Week (TMW) in the city of Tallinn.The students were accredited as delegates of the congress and were taking active participation in the day-time conference-program as well as in the evening one, that consisted of numerous showcases.

    A master class by the renowned sound engineer Haydn Bendall was given at the techno-park Digital October to the students of «Music Business and Entertainment Industry Management» RMA program. During the class, speaker Bendall, whose extensive portfolio of collaborations includes such celebrities as Paul McCartney, Freddy Mercury, Peter Gabriel and Kate Bush, talked to the students about his professional philosophy, favorite music genres, and shared his view on the Russian pop music market and its commercial prospects in the West.
